Platforms for Sales

Currently, we only use Shopify and Taobao. Items that appear on any other platform have nothing to do with us!

If further sales channels are launched, we will let you know via our official account!

Refund / Exchange / Return

Refund: We do not support refunds after placing an order! Please consider carefully before placing an order! If the product cannot be shipped due to unqualified quality, unable to make, etc., we will contact you for a refund.

Exchange: We can change it for you before shipping; please contact us as soon as possible! If the item has been shipped, it cannot be changed.

Return: All sales are final! We cannot return the package after it is sent. If you have received the correct item safely, the transaction is complete.

You can choose to resell it at the payment price.

Resale

We noticed that some people are SCALPING our products at high prices; this is strictly prohibited. Please pay attention to distinguish.

We allow resale at the original purchase price + the shipping fee you paid.

Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel the order and block the account if we have a reasonable suspicion that the buyer is engaging in SCALPING.

Transportation method

By default, air freight is used without additional insurance.

Time estimate

The item will be delivered in around 7-18 days after shipment.

Packing

We are continually optimizing and updating the packaging method to ensure the safe delivery of the items while being as environmentally friendly as possible and reducing waste!

We will use plastic in necessary steps, and other cushioning materials and packaging boxes will use environmentally friendly materials as much as possible.

Fees

We have filled in the weight of each product based on the item itself + reserved packaging.

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on this weight.

If the actual weight is more / less than this, no further charge / refund will apply.

Tariff / Taxes

Currently, taxes are included in the pricing and we will pay them for customers.

If anything changes in the future, we'll update the content on the website and let you know on social media. 

Compensation

If you find anything wrong after receiving the package, please take pictures and contact us within 7 days.

  • Missing items / Wrong items: You can choose a partial refund or resend the missing items.
  • Damaged / Not received: Please contact the local transportation company first! If necessary, we will assist in the contact and further negotiate after confirming the status of the item. If it is confirmed, we will resend or offer a partial refund.

*There will be extra costs if the buyer needs to redelivery / rerouting the package again for personal reasons.

Disclaimer

We cannot be held responsible or compensated for the following situations:

  • Packages lost, damaged, or delayed due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters (such as blizzards, hail, fires, floods, mudslides, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, power outages, natural disasters, etc.), abnormal social events (such as political events, traffic control, strikes, riots, wars, armed conflicts, terrorist activities, public health events, major epidemics, plagues, etc.), aircraft failures, flight delays, etc.
  • Failure to deliver, return, or destroy packages due to incorrect or incomplete recipient address information provided by the buyer.
  • Exchanges and returns that the customer requests for personal reasons after the packages have been safely received.
